Stacy performs and manages a wide variety of client engagements including forensic, litigation and valuation services. She has more than seventeen years of experience in litigation consulting, forensic accounting and business valuation. Her areas of expertise include matrimonial litigation involving high net worth individuals, shareholder disputes and commercial litigation. Stacy has assisted counsel at numerous financial depositions and has participated in many settlement negotiations. She has also testified in New York Supreme Court. Stacy has been called upon many times to perform the following services in the context of divorce: business valuation; asset tracing; lifestyle analysis; coverture analysis of stock options, restricted stock and RSU’s; cash flow analysis; analysis of income available for support; assisting with settlement structuring and potential tax implications; and various other litigation support services.
Stacy regularly attends seminars relating to valuation, forensic accounting and matrimonial dissolution. She has co-authored several articles that have been published in state accounting journals and matrimonial publications. In addition to handling litigated cases, Stacy has also been trained in divorce mediation and collaborative law as well as provides presentations for both internal and external groups including various bar associations and other groups of divorce and family law attorneys.
