Thomas P. Kulik, CPA/ABV, ASA

Tom is a Senior Vice President at MPI and has held various positions since joining the firm in 1989.  In his role as valuation analyst, Tom has determined the value of closely held securities of companies for a variety of purposes, including estate and gift taxes, recapitalizations, sale/merger, corporate and shareholder planning, S corporate conversions and Employee Stock Ownership Plans to name a few.  Tom has extensive experience in many industries including building materials, construction, uniform rental and a variety of manufacturers.  In addition, Tom has prepared valuations for privately held investment firms and family limited partnerships.   The valuation analyses and reports prepared by Tom have been used for presentations to management, directors and stockholders of client companies, as well as to attorneys, accountants and bank trust representatives.   In addition to his role as valuation analyst, Tom as Treasurer of MPI, manages the day-to-day accounting operations as well as the preparation of the Company’s financial statements.
