
Max Frankfort is an Assistant Vice President at MPI and has more than five years of experience in valuation and financial consulting, with a focus on providing valuations of business enterprises and interests, intangible assets, complex financial instruments, debt, and various other securities. Max’s valuations have been used for financial reporting, tax reporting/planning, M&A and buyouts, corporate business planning, and litigation matters for private and public companies in various industries and localities. Max has extensive experience in financial reporting valuations under ASC 350/360, ASC 718/409a, ASC 805, ASC 815, ASC 820, and ASC 852 standards.
Max also has experience providing consulting services to clients, including the preparation of forecasts, royalty rate determinations, build versus buy decisions, model development, and consulting regarding potential acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to joining MPI, Max was a Manager in the Valuation group at Forvis Mazars US, where he focused on the preparation and review of valuations for financial reporting, tax reporting/planning, and corporate planning purposes with a focus on the valuation of complex financial instruments. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars US, Max held positions in the valuation practices at Deloitte and EisnerAmper.
