Constance is a Vice President at MPI and is based in the firm’s Princeton office. Since joining MPI, Constance has determined the value of closely held securities of companies for a variety of purposes, including estate and gift taxes, income taxes, and corporate and shareholder planning. Constance has prepared valuations of closely held operating companies, asset holding entities, as well as securities such as undivided interests in real estate, closely held promissory notes and preferred stock. Constance has extensive valuation experience in many industries including manufacturing, food processing and multi-tiered real estate companies.
The valuation analyses and reports prepared by Constance have been used for presentations to management, directors and shareholders of client companies, as well as attorney, accountants and other fiduciaries.
