Megan B. Gilberg Joins MPI as Vice President to Expand Matrimonial Litigation Practice
MPI is pleased to announce the hiring of Megan B. Gilberg as Vice President in the firm’s Forensic Accounting, Litigation Support, and Dispute Valuation Services practice. Ms. Gilberg brings more than 13 years of valuable expertise to MPI with an extensive background providing forensic accounting, litigation support, and business valuation services.
Ms. Gilberg focuses her practice on matrimonial litigation matters and complex commercial litigation engagements, including economic damages, shareholder and partnership disputes, and financial fraud investigations. Additionally, Ms. Gilberg has been involved with various gift and estate taxation valuation engagements. Throughout her career, her expertise has been a crucial resource to individuals, attorneys, accountants, closely held companies, insurance companies, governmental agencies, and public and private corporations.
Ms. Gilberg is affiliated with The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), The Association of Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Prior to joining MPI, her experience includes working at international and national public accounting firms. Ms. Gilberg received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
The addition of Ms. Gilberg expands the matrimonial litigation practice led by President, Dan Kerrigan, CFA. Earlier in the year, MPI hired Stacy Statkus, CVA, CDFA, CFE, JD as Senior Vice President in the New York office with a focus on matrimonial litigation involving high net worth individuals, shareholder disputes and commercial litigation.
