Antonella Puca is a Managing Director with at Management Planning, Inc. (MPI) in New York. Ms.
Puca specializes in the valuation of private equity and venture-backed companies for financial and
tax reporting, M&A transactions, buy-sell agreements, estate planning and litigation purposes.
With more than 20 years of experience in the alternative investment industry, Ms. Puca has particular
expertise in providing valuations of early-stage companies at fair value to private equity, venture
capital and hedge funds, including the use of option pricing models and Monte Carlo Simulation.
Ms. Puca has extensive experience in the valuation of financial instruments of privately-held
companies, including common and preferred stock, term loans, convertible bonds, stock options,
warrants, SAFEs, earnouts, and of SPAC-related securities. She has valued companies in most major
industry groups including technology, healthcare, mining, manufacturing, utilities,
telecommunications, retail and service industries.
Ms. Puca is currently serving on the Business Valuation Committee of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and as a consultant on the CFA exam development team. She
has served as a member of AIMA’s research committee, as a director and treasurer of the Board of
the CFA Society of New York and as a Director at CFA Institute in the area of GIPS, ethics and
