Cyndi Livermore is a Vice President at MPI.  She has performed hundreds of business valuations ranging from pre-revenue start-up to $1B revenue pre-IPO companies, and across many industries, including: Agribusiness, Automotive, Banking, Construction, Dealers, Distributorships, Energy (including Oil & Gas), Energy Transmission, Family Offices, Financial Services, Franchisees and Franchisors, Industrial, Insurance, Investments, Manufacturing, Medical, Online and Mobile Applications, Private Equity, Precision Machinery, Professional Practices, Real Estate Holding, Resellers, Restaurants, Retail, Software, Technology, Telecommunications, Utilities, Wholesale Distribution and various special niche industries.

Prior to joining MPI, Cyndi worked at business valuation and litigation services firms in the Dallas Fort Worth area as Director and Partner of a boutique valuation, financial forensics, and litigation services firm in New Hampshire, where she led the estate and gift tax reporting valuation practice as well as commercial and marital disputes; completed valuations of privately-held companies and business interests for estate and gift tax, commercial litigation, economic damages, lost profits, M&A, and ESOP. Cyndi specializes in complex estate and gift tax issues, shareholder dispute resolution, contractual damages, marital forensics and has been qualified as an expert witness in the State of Texas, New Hampshire, and Illinois, as well as, in federal arbitration and mediations.
