Tracey has nearly a decade of valuation, corporate finance and investment banking experience. As a member of MPI’s transaction and advisory practice, Tracey participates in the firm’s M&A activities, fairness opinion services and valuation engagements used to analyze strategic alternatives, shareholder liquidity options, corporate restructurings, shareholder buyouts, management incentive plans and other business valuation issues. Tracey’s professional experience includes working with the owners and advisors of middle market public and private companies operating in various industries, including grocery, convenience and drug stores, household goods, food and beverage, energy, automobile retail and building materials sectors, among others. Since joining MPI in 2002, Tracey has also assisted in the determination of the value of closely held securities of companies for purposes including estate and gift tax filings, income tax reporting, stock purchase plans, employee stock ownership plans and buy-sell agreements.
Prior to joining MPI, Tracey was an investment banking analyst in Credit Suisse First Boston’s Energy Group in New York, NY. There she worked on a number of transactions and engagements, which included raising funds in the public debt and equity capital markets, private placement financings for companies and asset-based projects, as well as providing financial and strategic advice.Tracey M.
