Tracy is an Assistant Vice President at MPI and is based in the firm’s Princeton office. Tracy has more than 20 years of experience performing valuations of privately-held businesses and business interests for purposes including estate and gift tax planning, ESOP transactions, strategic and corporate planning, financial reporting and litigation support. Tracy has extensive experience in fairness and solvency opinions, as well as experience in debt instruments and intellectual property. Tracy’s experience spans a multitude of industries and geographic locations, and she has served as an expert witness in Florida and Virginia courts.
Prior to joining MPI, Tracy worked in the valuation departments of accounting and investment banking firms in Orlando, Florida, served as Vice President of a long-established valuation firm in Jacksonville, Florida, and ran her own valuation practice. She has also served in roles outside of valuation, including CFO of a not-for-profit company, and has served in local government as a town council member.
