He provides high net worth individuals, privately held companies and business owners with valuation services for trust and estate planning, gifting, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, taxation and matrimonial dissolutions. He also assists attorneys in the calculation of economic damages in contract disputes and intellectual property litigation.
He has been qualified as an expert witness in various Connecticut, New York and Federal Courts as well as binding arbitration hearings. This expert witness testimony is related to business valuation matters, lifestyle analysis and lost profits/economic damages matters.
